Gritty In Pink is a community platform on a mission to achieve gender equality, building INPINK—a talent hub for hiring diverse women freelancers across all aspects of the music industry.

Founder Shira Yevin has a history of carving out spaces for women, as the creator of the Vans Warped Tour Shiragirl Stage, which showcased 300+ female musicians, including Joan Jett and Paramore. The company produces its signature All GRL Jam events, featuring all women and non-binary musicians, and partners include Melissa Etheridge and strategic investors Live Nation.
